Pestilence is set on revenge and takes Sara prisoner. Sara is forced to watch the people they encounter die by the plague. Through their travels, Pestilence and Sara come to understand each other. Pestilence learns about the good side of human nature. Sara learns about Pestilence’s internal struggle between doing what he is called to do and choosing to do what his heart desires.
