- Journaling is personal. It doesn’t matter if it is not the prettiest or the most organized as long as it serves its purpose
- Journals are customizable. If you find you are not using one of the pages you added in January’s journal, then leave it out in February.
- One size does not fit all. Create a journal that fits your needs. It is a place where you can be you without fear of other’s opinions or criticism.
