What To Include In Your Bullet Journal

First off, congratulations! You’ve decided to take a step toward improving your mental health and living a more organized life. When I first started keeping a bullet journal, I didn’t know what to put in it. I ended up with a massive book of useless information and a headache. In order to help others, I wanted to share with you a few lessons that I have learned:

  • Journaling is personal. It doesn’t matter if it is not the prettiest or the most organized as long as it serves its purpose
  • Journals are customizable. If you find you are not using one of the pages you added in January’s journal, then leave it out in February.
  • One size does not fit all. Create a journal that fits your needs. It is a place where you can be you without fear of other’s opinions or criticism.
